Really bad selection of pizza by the slice. Menu items listed were discontinued (mozzarella sticks) leading to a very disappointed kid. The garlic bread was just garlic salt, no real garlic and waaaay too salty. Tried to order a beer and there was no one on staff "certified" to be able to pour one. Very disappointing experience and not very good pizza. The tables were also all very dirty. The girl working the counter was nice but also couldn't do much to help us

Stopped by Prince Street Pizza in Westlake Village and had an outstanding experience. The food was great, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from Nat and Eli. Both were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure every customer had a great experience. They went above and beyond, were patient with questions, and created a positive atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Nat and Eli absolutely deserve recognition for the job they're doing. I'll definitely be back!

4:15PM on 6/18/2026 - I don’t know who was working, but we were waiting for at least 5 mins before they turned around from what looked like they were answering the phone and you can obviously tell they were wasted. We immediately left. The couple in front of us also left. The customer that appeared to be waiting for their order was not happy. We’ve had pizza from here before and it was delicious, but this this crazy customer service.

Came here to grab a couple slices as a first timer to Prince St. Pizza. Been to New York many times and they just opened one in Chicago, but I’ve just never gotten around to trying it. Also like traffic and parking sucks. But not this location. Easy peasy lemon very squeezy. Of course I had to try the spicy spring. Also got the naughty pie which has hot honey. I’ve come around to hot honey, but spicy spring was THE slice. I could eat an entire pizza easy..peasy lemon very squeezy. I ordered another to go while still eating my slice there. The most standout part of the experience, the service. The guy working the counter on June 12, 2026 around 3 PM PDT deserves a raise, promotion, and be put on the board of directors. He was having multiple conversations, and it was extremely personalized and friendly. It felt like a neighborhood bar with regulars. Big bonus is he didn’t even charge for the slice to go. If you wanted to try this place or just want pizza or a place to eat while feeling extremely welcomed, this is a top option. 10/10 no notes as the kids would say. Or they probably don’t anymore. Anyways, great place.

We normally love Prince Street Pizza, but today was off. The service felt cold, and staff seemed unhelpful. No flexibility on orders, and the pizza was overcooked, rock-hard crust. Timing was off, too. We hope it was just a bad day because we know they can do better. Went to order the white pizza and the lady taking our order was almost condescending in tone, “there’s no red sauce on that.” Then tried to order a salad without meat and was like,” we aren’t doing any modifications today.” In a super rude tone. Very turned off about this.
