  I got the cute little tote bag, im assuming that’s why it was crazy busy inside for lunch today. Food was amazing as always

  Such a great experience at CAVA! I accidentally made a mistake with my order, and the team was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. Aiden went out of his way to remake my order, and Sydney was so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciated how gracious they both were and how easily they made everything right. Wonderful customer service and such a kind team. We will definitely be back!

  So impressed with the manager Sydney and her awesome crew at CAVA westlake village- the food is delish but the people are super cool. Alex and Stephan were attentive, didn’t rush my order, were very generous with toppings and let me try something to decide if I wanted it in my bowl. I highly recommend this CAVA and a great food stop if you’re ever in westlake.
