Delightful experience. Was our lunch pitstop during our Tahoe drive from SF. Amazing variety and menu. Great quantity and pretty hygienic.

Tried the Indo-Chinese Chicken Fried Rice. The portion size was generous and the presentation looked great, but the overall experience was average. The menu description indicated that the dish included egg, but mine arrived without any egg, which was disappointing. The vegetables also seemed like a frozen mixed-vegetable blend rather than fresh ingredients, so the dish lacked the flavor and texture I was expecting.
The chicken was decent, and the rice had some seasoning, but it was missing the bold, smoky wok flavor that makes Indo-Chinese fried rice stand out. Service was fine and the restaurant was clean, but the food didn’t quite live up to expectations.

Ordered a chicken noodles and manchurian. Both were a let down.
Noodles - NO Flavour. Not even proper salt. Exclusively called them and asked if the make authentic Indo Chinese and they simply made a 10x below average noodles. No just that, the chicken was badly coated in Color, most Chinese foods do not need chicken coated in synthetic Colors like Indian restaurants screw the Tandoori.
The chicken manchurian was better than noodles but nowhere the way normal decent Indo-Chinese feels like.
As you see in the image, had to try using a bunch of things to get a little reasonable flavour, tried adding garlic powder, soy and some other stuff, but if the base is bad, these things would hardly make it better.
