The employee refused to let me look and just asked, What do you want? Her attitude was very unprofessional, and the overall customer service was disappointing.

I get home to find zero cheese in my sons quesadilla all cooked to the outside foil. I went in to have it remade to have to stand in a line of 3 ppl for over 10 minutes again without so much as a greeting to any customer. There were the same 2 men just making online orders not looking up, ignoring customers. The only person there doing their job (and the other guys jobs it seemed) was the Hispanic gentleman who was cooking and refilling all the food, he did his best to fix things before Jay was rude to him as well saying go back to your space. Jay was sarcastic saying I ordered the quesadilla that way and was scamming him for 3 dollars off a quesadilla? Idk how when I paid for it already. I will be calling or going in tomorrow to hopefully talk to a real manager because his attitude and treatment of customers is horrific and I can only imagine how many ppl.he treated like dirt before me and my sister. We love this location and I get everyone has a bad day but insulting a customer, raising your voice and insinuating I was stealing over asking for a remade quesadilla and pointing out they havent greeted the customers in over 9 minutes
