  Since this location does not answer their phones, I decided to call the studio city location and the manager their told me the best way to get a call back would be to leave a review here… Today on Friday 5/8 at around 5:50pm PT I had a bizarre and unfortunate situation. The manager on duty (black female with glasses who was sitting the whole time at the register the whole time) added a tip for herself for my order. This is now the 2nd time this has happened, but I finally called her out on it. I asked her for my receipt, and she started to get flustered and annoyed. My receipt did not match what I had paid and signed for. She told me that the registers work that way, and they automatically add a tip - which is false. She ended up refunding me because she knew she was in the wrong. I can’t imagine how many other people she has done this too. This is bizarre behavior, and will need to take legal action if we do not get this issue resolved.

  PIZZA was great. New invincible pizza was so good can’t go wrong with the meat lovers you’ll love this place if you’re around the area!! AMAZING SERVICE BOTH AMBER AND SEBASTIAN were really helpful :)

  Boyfriend is a New Yorker so obnoxiously picky about pizza. I don't care either way, but Prince Street is usually amazing and even gets the New Yorker stamp of approval. Today's order at this location left us seriously disappointed. I added some customizations to the pizza, which were fine, but we're put on the wrong pizza. We asked for parmesan packets, and we're told to just get it out of the shaker. Then the quality of the pizza itself isn't what I've come to expect from Prince Street. I will definitely not be visiting this location again.
