  泊まったホテルの近くにあった大型スーパー。 食料品から生活雑貨まで幅広い品揃え！ 特にワインのラインナップは圧巻🍷 店員さん？セキュリティの人？も親切でトイレにナンバーロックがかかっていて入れずに困っていたら優しく声をかけてくれました✨ アメリカンなお菓子もたくさんあってお土産もココで買いました！ また機会があれば行きたいです！

  Came here the other night and there was a group of adult men standing outside the entryway selling candy to raise funds for football. They asked me for money, then for my number & Instagram, then said “you’re ugly anyway” when I turned them down. They proceeded to holler profanities at me as I walked to my car. Obviously not pavilions fault directly but it is offputting that these kinds of solicitors are being allowed to harass people outside of their store.

  JOSE LIQ 직원을 칭찬합니다. 너무너무 친절하십니다. 해외에서 방문하여 멤버십 적용에 어려움을 겪었는데 적극적으로 도와주셔서 저렴한 가격으로 좋은 물건들을 구입했습니다. 시간이 많이 걸리고 귀찮았을텐데도 친절하게 끝까지 가능한 방법을 찾아서 도와주신 JOSE LIQ 덕분에 LA에서 좋은 기억을 가지고 갑니다.

  I've had a worse experience at this Pavilions before that I chose to let slide, but experiencing it again leaves me no choice but to share. During my visit today, the cashier didn't even bother to say hello. Instead, while carrying on a personal conversation with a coworker, he barked commands like "up, up" to scan my items and rushed me through without a single word of courtesy or goodbye. Being treated like an obstacle rather than a customer is unacceptable, and it's disappointing to see such a complete lack of basic customer service here

  The reason for my low review is for one of the managers very unprofessional behavior I saw today, but Abigail who was my cashier deserves 5 stars. The lines were getting out of control and she jumped on a register to help and was sweet, made friendly greetings and was quick to ring. While she was ringing me out a manager (a woman with dark hair and glasses in her 40s-50s) came over and loudly reprimanded her for not doing some other job first (I think it was collecting carts?) in front of everyone in line. It was uncomfortable, her tone was rude and condescending and I saw the cashier visibly withdraw after the comment. I can’t imagine what task could have been more important in that moment then helping the long lines of customer right in front of this manager who then went to stand at the help desk and do nothing. I’ve managed many people in my life and I would never speak to someone in that tone ESPECIALLY in front of customers. I can’t imagine how this woman talks to her young staff in private. I saw another review from a few weeks back saying they had a similar experience with a manager named Helen and it looks like this is still an issue.
