It would be helpful if cold items were packed with other cold items and items not haphazardly thrown in on top of soft items like fruit and bread. Very disappointing.

While the rest of the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, her attitude stands out in a negative way and reflects poorly on the store. She's unpleasant to deal with, and interactions with her can discourage customers from returning. It only takes one person to damage an otherwise positive customer experience, and unfortunately, that's the impression she leaves.
