  Please read ALL of this bc it has become SOP at the West Hills Chick-fil-A. Pulled up as I do pretty much once a week and some girl took my order, acknowledged what I ordered as I ordered it, but did NOT repeat the full order back before cutting me loose. Another girl came to take the payment in the drive thru but gave a total that was too low so I told her something was missing, turns out it was a sandwich and an ice cream cone, she corrected it, and I paid. At the window I asked the guy to please check the order before giving it to me which he tried to do and even caught the sandwich was missing and told me to go and wait in spot no. 1. While waiting I checked the order and no brownie. When the girl that took the payment brought the missing sandwich I told her about the missing brownie, she went and got it. I didn't notice the missing ketchup till I got home. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that this kind of sloppy service happens at least one third to one half of the time here. Seriously, how hard is it to at least verify the order at the drive up window and then at the very least... COUNT the items in the bags and see if it matches the items on the order??? And if it doesn't, now you know something is missing and can try and figure it out. The problem is simple, they act like robots with all their "my pleasure" nonsense but don't actually take any pride in their work. It's like a generation of over paid kids who aren't bothered one bit if they screw up. Come on people, it's not rocket science. Focus! And give a damn.

  Quick, cordial and always polite staff. Temps always on point. Salads are the BEST.

  I will never return to this location. The lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for food safety here is staggering. Management needs to take a serious look at their closing procedures and the conduct of their staff, as I became severely ill shortly after visiting. It is clear that the standards of hygiene and "hospitality" this chain is known for are non-existent at this branch. This location needs an immediate investigation by the health department. Serving unsafe products to customers is inexcusable. Enter at your own risk.

  I used to really enjoy coming here but had an extremely upsetting experience here with the food quality recently. Until management steps in and takes control of what your staff is serving customers I will definitely not be back. I love chick fil a and will visit other locations but never again this one

  Staff is always extremely kind and the food is fantastic, and today was great experience. Special shout out to Ryan N. for his exceptional kindness and great service! Will 100% be back, will always recommend.
