Ordered 2 pizzas to be picked up. When my husband arrived to pick up the pizzas, they weren't ready. He was told that the pizzas would be ready in 'about 3 or 4 minutes' and this was AFTER he had been waiting for about 15 minutes. The worker never greeted ANYONE who walked through the door. The worker had hair hanging down over their face while prepping the pizzas. The worker was never observed washing their hands AFTER having handled money. There seemed to be no other workers in the store. WHERE WAS THE STORE MANAGER?!? This employee did not appear to have been a PIC. Otherwise, in my opinion, things would have been handled differently (more professional). Never got our pizzas. Never got our money back. Does this worker have a VALID Food Handlers card?

Young man was exceptional in explaining value deals and pizza options. Fully understood his menu and assured me I was making my best purchase. Bravo!! I hope he is appreciated by management. Thank you.

Extremely slow service was no one else in the store placed my order at 9:40 and did not receive my food until 1010… The deal says two or more for 799 each. The gentleman who rung me said that I cannot get three items. I had to get either two or four for the deal which didn’t make sense to me.. Definitely not coming back there ever again

This is the second time it has ever happened! Last week, I ordered bacon cheese stick, and it turned out a cheese stick, no bacon at all. The same happened this evening!

Yesterday 7/26/26 I placed a large order because I had my youth group come over to hang out. When I went to pick up my order, the gentlemen there noticed my order was a big one. He asked if I was having a party, and I said I have a house full of teenagers and they are hungry and they have never had Papa John's. I personally love Papa Johns so I wanted then to try it. He then asked me I had an extra 8 minutes to spare. I said yesterday then proceeded to make my some bread steaks for free. I felt very blessed and grateful. Then then him and another young lady was there as well also gave me extra order wings. When I got home I noticed we had 2 orders of breadsticks. Honestly if it wasn't for thos breadsticks they would've still been hungry!! I didnt get their names but thank you for belsisng us. Ps....they loved it and they really loved the breads ticks. I recommend Papap Johns and specifically this one!!!
