  Ordered 2 large watermelon drinks for elderly parents. They requested light ice. Upon reaching window Manager stated that drinks would not be filled completely with "light ice" Order. It was stated rudely and with condescending demeanor. Drinks were obviously paid for before receiving them clearly filled short of "full" Manager demeanor was petty and condescending!!! 4/29/2026 @1:42 pm Dnt understand what kind of example management is setting by directly interacting with the customers in such petty way. Won't ever repeat this order at mcdonalds rather go to Starbucks directly across the street!!!! More valu for the $$ same price minus the scrappy attitude

  Bad service. Supervisor won't let me use discount code. I thought it's all computerized. She won't even key in.

  Stopped at McDonald’s drive-thru and ordered a chicken nugget combo with fresh fries. I was asked to park and told it would take about 3 minutes. After waiting around 9 minutes, I went inside only to find out the fries were never brought out—they were forgotten. When I asked about it, I was given an apple pie and a quick apology, but no real resolution. I also asked to speak with a manager, and no one ever came. This was very unprofessional and disappointing, especially for such a simple order. Hoping this location improves their service and communication.

  Drive thru employees will not take your order the last hour. You will sit the drive thru for 5 minutes waiting. Don’t even bother.
