  I am writing this email to recognize and give thanks to my server Taelor. She gave me my fiancé, exceptional, Customer Serrvice. She recommended great entree dishes for us to eat and drink. My fiancé and I had not been to this restaurant in years, so it was refreshing to get a server who is knowledgeable and kind and helping us to have a great experience which we did. Definitely will be coming back and I am really glad I had the bison burger. My fiancé had the pot pie, which was also really good.

  Foods always good, good variety of food even healthy options. Kids menu is good too. My son's loves the burger and daughter loves her pasta option. The bar side is good to if you not going with the family bam

  Great atmosphere, the service was terrific and the food was delicious 😋 Everything from the strawberry lemonade, hot honey feta dip, blackened shrimp tacos, to the lime curd cheese cake

  Just had lunch at this location with Chantelle A as my server. She was rude toward the end of my meal when she assumed I didnt leave her a tip. I took my elderly 92 year old wheel chair bound grandfather to lunch and didn’t expect for her to state my payment didn’t go thru as I was leaving the table and the clover machine stated in front of both of us that it in fact charged and I showed her that payment did go thru. She made me feel as if she was insinuating that I didn’t pay my bill and went to talk to manager. I saw her then talking with manager and I had to go up to them while they were both in the kitchen area and show them that the payment DID in fact go thru on my banking app. All manager did was give me a receipt and no one apologized or even acknowledged what she was insinuating which was her tip amount. I have never been disrespected like this in a restaurant in which I am standing with my grandfather in the wheelchair in the middle of the restaurant because this server is making it look as if I was attempting to leave without paying.When in reality it was her tip amount which I did add tip in clover! Never going again don’t need the BS 25 dollar gift from other manager when I called to complain. Never coming here or recommending Lazy Dog to anyone.

  12/27/25 Late review but I’m trying 😆. Anywho came he with fam party of 5. We were greeted immediately and sat quickly. We had a nice booth for us all . Sarah was our server and she was excellent. Very attentive. I ordered the candied bacon old fashion and it was delicious . For food I had the bbq ranch burger with tater tots . It was huge and delicious. Everything that everyone had enjoyed their food . This is a fav spot of ours when we come down to Cali to visit. We will be back Enjoy !!!!
