  I really like and enjoy drinking the acai super antioxidant with wey protein from jamba juice. I always appreciate the service here.

  I went into this Jamba Juice to place an order for my usual that I pick up at any nearby Jamba depending on the area where I’m working. So I came in this morning, mind you the sign states they open at 7am it was 7:55 a.m. and the store was barely being opened. This lady by the name of Brianna, which is the second encounter I have with her taking my order, both times she was late. The very first time she didn’t show up till 8:05-8:10am also upset. Really bad customer service for this store. I asked her to change a few items on my order because they didn’t look fresh and she refused to do so. My point here is that the customer is paying for what they are going to eat or drink and if an item no longer looks good it should be replaced at the customer’s request. This is a reminder for people who work in the fast food industry that you live off of the customer. The customer is the one who makes your paycheck; without customers, your boss wouldn’t be able to afford having you employed. So to Brianna, you providing bad customer service to the clients makes your boss look bad for hiring you. Not only are you unreliable, can’t show up on time, but you give customers a bad attitude and refuse to replace the item that doesn’t look fresh and can possibly make them ill. I will get in contact with Jamba’s corporate office and report this along with sending videos that this establishment does not open its doors at the stated time. You guys can all thank Brianna for the bad rep to this location.

  Place is run down. Love Jamba Juice but supplies were scarce. Grab and go Fridge was empty. Feels like this place is barely hanging on.
