Welcome to Changan Kitchen – West Covina, the newest addition to our growing family of restaurants and proudly our 6th location in Southern California. For years, we’ve been dedicated to bringing the authentic flavors of Xi’an and Northwest China to our communities. From freshly made Biang Biang noodles and hand-pulled noodles to our famous Rou Jia Mo, dumplings, and traditional specialties, every dish is prepared with quality ingredients and passion.
