  Worst service ever. Service was so bad at the front check in that we ended up leaving somewhere else. First impressions are important. Cant imagine what it is like inside.

  I came here for my birthday and got wings that were vary tasty and the staff was vary nice I would go again

  Staff was very kind. Service was quick. Probably too quick. Been throwing up all morning after getting wings yesterday. Likely food poisoning or salmonella idk. It's the only thing both me and my partner ate yesterday and both of us got sick. Was trying to contact them online to not have to leave it in the form of a review but their website doesn't seem to be working properly. Mistakes happen, but maybe crack down on those food safety systems so nobody has to spend their entire Thursday expelling every ounce of food and liquid from their body.

  We ordered food. It took 30 mins and when we got the food it was cold. We asked if they could reheat the food. Took another 10-15 mins and came back just as cold. Same with our drinks. For just 1 shot of alcohol it took 20 mins and worse part it was a slow night. Only like 4 tables and 3 people sitting at the bar. Just worse service and experience. Definitely don't recommend going. Burger King next door would have offered a better service.

  We recently dined here and unfortunately had a disappointing experience, largely due to what appeared to be understaffing and management issues rather than the effort of the server. One waiter was responsible for a very large section (around 12 tables), and while he was clearly working hard and doing his best, it wasn’t enough to maintain quality service. We experienced long waits throughout the meal, no drink or water refills, delayed appetizers, and confusion with our “bottomless” order (we received duplicate onion rings instead of the mix we ordered, and the chips didn’t arrive until the end of the meal). We also noticed other tables experiencing similar issues, including long waits for drinks like beer. It was clear the demand exceeded what the staff could reasonably handle. This feels like a management and staffing problem rather than an individual performance issue. With better support and organization, the experience could be much improved. We will not be returning.
