- KWKelvin WatMay 13, 20261.0I ordered a custom ice cream cake on Wednesday with an upcharge for a printed image and extra sprinkles on the side, to be picked up Saturday. I was told I’d be notified immediately if there were *any* issues. But clearly, no one cared enough to keep that promise. When I picked up the cake, it was a complete disaster. The printed image was smeared and filthy because your printer was dirty — and no one bothered to warn me. The cake itself was *square* even though I provided a *rectangular image*, and the image wasn’t even centered. And to make matters worse, you didn’t even include the extra sprinkles I paid for. The amount of negligence in this order is beyond unacceptable. I would have been *more than happy to provide a properly sized square image* if anyone had simply taken a moment to contact me. But that didn’t happen — no one cared enough to reach out, to check, or to communicate. What truly crossed the line, though, was how your employee treated me when I brought this up. They were unbelievably rude, dismissive, and unapologetic — as if the ruined cake was somehow *my fault.* Instead of offering any real help, they tossed out a pathetic $5 refund and said, “Ma’am, there are customers in line,” as though that excused everything. That kind of disrespect and lack of accountability is absolutely infuriating. No one from your store cared enough to inform me about these issues before pickup. Instead, you left me with a botched cake the night before my daughter’s party — something that should have been joyful completely ruined by your team’s carelessness.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
