    The worst experience ever!!!! A female night shift employee with black eyeglasses & a septum nose piercing was BEYOND RUDE!! Took my daughter in tonight at 9:30p and she got a double scoop of Wild & Reckless which is her favorite. She gets it every time so no need to test it prior to purchase. After paying, we walked out and after her 1st bite she could tell it didn’t taste the same and was disappointed. Since this is higher than average priced ice cream, I suggested she walk back in and kindly ask the associate for a replacement. She did so and the employee refused to do so citing that it was her personal preference, nothing more & suggested she “BUY” something else. She came out and told me what happened so I went back in attempting to clarify the situation. I thought my daughter must’ve explained something wrong. I reiterated the concern with the product and she proceeded to say that there is nothing wrong with the ice cream and that she should have tried it first before purchasing it. I’m sorry, but does Baskin Robbins not have enough confidence in the quality of their products that a flavor MUST be tasted before it’s purchased? Is that a rule, requirement or expectation that Baskin Robbins has in writing publicly displayed so consumers are aware that our satisfaction is NOT guaranteed? I was beyond annoyed but again relayed that the quality was not the same this time and a replacement would be appreciated. Instead of finding a way to resolve the matter, she sarcastically said she could taste the flavor herself and was certain it would taste just fine. I told her that’s not the point. It shouldn’t matter what her opinion is. What matters is what my daughter, your CUSTOMER, thinks & it’s abundantly clear they don’t care if their customers leave happy & satisfied. She was so condescending and unapologetic for her inability to help us have a positive experience there. I told her this would be an unfavorable review and she did NOT care. I asked for her name & position as I planned to call & report her behavior to corporate and she refused. She said she didn’t have to give me any information. She then abruptly walked away, intentionally ignoring me & proceeded to help another customer even though I was still standing there attempting to resolve the matter. Mind you, there was another employee there who could have assisted the other customers so my concerns were addressed but instead, she walked away. I have never been met with so much disrespect & unprofessionalism. I will never visit this store again and plan to boycott Baskin Robbins for all my ice cream cakes as well. Shame on the management for employing a person who represents your establishment so poorly!!! Ice cream should bring you joy & happiness but this experience was nothing but a scoop of crap!

    What should have been a simple late-night ice cream run turned into one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. At around 9:30 PM, I ordered a flavor I’ve gotten many times before. Almost immediately, I noticed something was off it tasted strange. I only took a few bites before saying something to my mom, who had already paid. Trying to handle it calmly and respectfully, I went back inside and politely explained the situation, asking if I could exchange it for a different scoop. Instead of even a basic level of understanding, I was met with immediate hostility. The employee responded with unnecessary aggression and told me I would have to pay for a completely new ice cream as if I had done something wrong by pointing out a quality issue. My mom understandably upset, went in to ask why a simple exchange wasn’t possible given the circumstances. Rather than de-escalating or showing any professionalism, the employee doubled down on her attitude. She dismissed the issue entirely, bluntly stating, “It’s a personal problem, not a problem with the ice cream.” That comment alone made it clear she cared more about being right than about basic customer service or even common courtesy. To make matters worse, she refused to provide her name or any identifying information when asked, which only added to the sense of disrespect and lack of accountability. The whole experience left a worse taste in our mouths than the ice cream itself. It’s disappointing that something so small could have been handled so easily, yet turned into such an unnecessarily negative interaction.
