- AAAmyJun 26, 20261.0Customer service at this location has gone downhill. When budgets are tight, the last thing customers need is poor service compounded by a total lack of accountability. It takes so little effort to offer common courtesy or follow simple instructions; a quick "I'm sorry" or "My bad" when a mistake is made would go a long way. Unfortunately, that kind of basic professionalism is completely missing here. The younger generation needs to learn that service and respect actually matter—Gen X doesn't take this kind of mess. Stop hanging up on customers, get a manager on the phone, and do better. Dud did dud I hated it I don't even offer complaints usually but I'm sick of this younger generation not taking pride in there work anything you do do it to the best ability you got earn your money don't me all digital lol

First big mistake , I got to pick up window and they forgot my spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and asked me if I was sure . I spent 47$ 2 happy meals 2 McDoubles 2 mcchickens & a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal! Horrible service ! Horrible place I will make the drive to Modesto before I ever stop here.
