  On a recent visit to this Mcdonalds drive-thru, my experience was one of the worst ive experienced, and the lady who served me had bad order accuracy and demeanor. After ordering two drinks and pies, I was informed that there would be a 15- minute wait for the pies, which was inconvinient and unexpected presumed the busy nature..a further issue, I ordered a mocha frappe and it was prepared with caramel, when I expressed this the employee said she would remake it, but her corrective action was to merely scrape off the whipped cream and replace it, rather than remake it, all while being met with an unhelpful dismissive attitude. This incident with the same employee was not isolated. My mother had a similar negative encounter, regarding the same issue with this employees attiude, I hate to say it but her attitude is atrocious. I will not ever, along with my mother, be returning to this Mcdonalds. This attitude should not be allowed.. the consistent pattern of poor customer service, and overall negative demeaner and lack of respect has led me to decide against ever returning to this location.

  I went through the drive thru just now and asked for ranch when I ordered my 10 piece mc nugget meal and they gave me bbq so I asked for ranch instead and they said I’d have to pay because they already gave me bbq and I said I’d give that back because I never asked for it and wasn’t going to use it so the worker proceeded to throw a sticky ranch into my car so aggressively it popped open. Never going back.

  I specifically asked for fresh to order food items because I specifically wanted crunchy fresh nuggets and they disregarded what I said and they gave me stale nuggets and cold fries. Literally one job. And that's after the fact that he confirmed that he was going to tell the kitchen. Poor customer service for sure.

  Food is ok but half the time they do not prepare the food as ordered. Hamburger was cold, had about a pinky size slob of catchup and no mustard which I requested and the fries were cold and way oversalted.. Won't be going back as this is continually happening and the management does nothing about it so it is pathetic.
