I was greeted by a girl who was named Lily, who introduced herself right away and made me feel very welcome. She also told me about how they were collecting $1 donations to help kids who are no longer able to receive school meals get lunch. I think that is such an amazing thing they’re doing to help people in need. Besides that, Lily was incredibly kind and genuinely interested in what I had going on, which made me feel truly heard. I will definitely not forget her! And the for sure won’t forget the drinks I’m not a huge coffee person but the coffees here were really good I enjoyed coming here!

I can see my drink just sitting on the counter then when I finally am acknowledged I am given the energy that I am bothering them with my service. today a bald gentleman just ignored me looked at me and took another order and waited for the girl in the back to come hand me my drink causing me to be 5 minutes late for work. unacceptable.

I got my drink really fast, and the whole vibe was just so welcoming and positive. I was recommended some bomb drinks and it made the experience even better with great attitude and energy. You can tell the staff genuinely care about their customers. Definitely one of the best Dutch Bros experiences I’ve had!

I don’t feel awkward when they are talking to me while I wait for my drink. Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
