I ask for red suace and lime. It wasn't available, lady said its been two years already. Oh really smh. El pollo Loco by my house is great. They carry everything and the food is great not dry and plain. I Disappointed I had lunch here so I say skip it

- EHErik HernandezMay 21, 20265.0I wanna share a little bit of my experience i went yesterday in the afternoon I was trying to place my order in the kiosk and I was having some trouble ordering one of the cashiers named yazmin approached me and asked if I needed help she was so sweet very polite by the way she helped me so MUCH EXCELENTE CUSTOMER SERVICE all the salsa I requested was given to me my food was hot and ready I also noticed how clean the restaurant was how everyone welcomed me i will definitely will be coming back
