I ask for red suace and lime. It wasn't available, lady said its been two years already. Oh really smh. El pollo Loco by my house is great. They carry everything and the food is great not dry and plain. I Disappointed I had lunch here so I say skip it

- EHErik HernandezMay 21, 20265.0I wanna share a little bit of my experience i went yesterday in the afternoon I was trying to place my order in the kiosk and I was having some trouble ordering one of the cashiers named yazmin approached me and asked if I needed help she was so sweet very polite by the way she helped me so MUCH EXCELENTE CUSTOMER SERVICE all the salsa I requested was given to me my food was hot and ready I also noticed how clean the restaurant was how everyone welcomed me i will definitely will be coming back

I ordered a chicken quesadilla, crunchy tacos, chicken tortilla soup, and two orders of churros. Unfortunately, some of the food wasn’t as fresh as expected. The tacos were very cold, and the churros were also cold when I bit into them. The chicken tortilla soup came without garnish, which made it feel a little incomplete. That said, the employees were very kind and professional, and I really appreciated their service. I’m hoping this was just an off day, as I’ve had better experiences in the past. I may give it another try in the future.
