They looked at me crazy after telling me “ we don’t know how long it’ll be for your order because we’re waiting for containers” and then the manager came out, tried to get clarification and he just looked at me like if I was being weird. Kinda sad and funny at the same time. As a former chipotle employee of 4 years , and now into healthcare. There was no hospitality whatsoever. And the food at this location isn’t even all that if I just add . IT DOESNT COST A PENNY TO BE NICE AND GIVE GOOD QUALITY SERVICE .

The vegetables were cooked nicely and still had some texture to them. It was filling even without adding meat. Definitely a good choice.

THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL. I missed my bus because of this and had to wait additional time and I didn’t even want the food anymore.

Had to wait for the food to be ready and when it was handed to me it was so greasy it went through my plate and bag that when I got home it ripped and fell all on the floor paid for no reason couldn’t even enjoy it. Chipotle’s bags need to be made grease resistant.

I called the Chipotle and they told.me I had to come to the store to make the payment in order to have it delivered. I came to the store and they acted like they couldn't help me and took other customers although I was in line first. Then the "manager" Joann asked to see my id with my debit card, "bevause it was a large purchase" (mind you when I did the order online no one verifies my id. I make the payment and confirm it is being delivered at 530. She replies yes. At 530pm I call because the food has not been delivered and im on hold for more than 25 minutes. We send someone to the store and the food is sitting there and we are told we were expected to pick it up. Which we couldn't do because we were hosting an event. This is the second time this has happened at this store. By the time the food arrived all.of our guests were gone for the day and the food went to waste. I am beyond annoyed that we spent all this money for it to go to waste.
