Right now I am standing in line at 7:15pm on a Friday night with 10 people in line waiting with ONE checker. The idea here is the management wants everyone to use “self-check”. However, if a customer has alcohol in their cart, the “self-check” is unavailable. Ludicrous to have ONE checker on a Friday night.
