- JPJosh PratchardAug 15, 20261.0I have never been treated so rude by a manager of a restaurant when they completely screwed up my order by putting the wrong food in my bag to where I had to drive 20 min back to the location from Clayton to have it redone. I asked the manager Kiara to remake it and then refund my money for making me drive all the way back to the location and she flat out refused with attitude for asking. When I tried to say that my time and gas was worth keeping me as a customer and not posting a negative review she literally laughed. Them as she was remaking my order was talking shit about me to one of her coworkers standing next to her at the prep bar. This woman has no business being in customer service and definitely not a manager, of she actually was the manager. I got passed off twice when I asked for the manager before she walked out. I will never ordered from this location again. The Mt. Diablo Blvd location is SO much better.
