After trying it myself, I feel like some of the reviews are a little unfair. The food was actually quite good, and there’s a nice variety of bagels, sandwiches, and other options to choose from. The wait was definitely longer than I expected, so I can understand some of the complaints about service time. But based on the food and overall experience, I don’t think it deserves a rating in the low 3s. For me, this is a solid four-star place. The food is good, there are plenty of choices, and I would definitely come back again.

The online ordering works reasonably well. My only complaint is that they previously would pack up large orders in bags and provide cups and creamer for coffee boxes. Now when I order for the office nothing comes with the order and I have to ask for each thing and pack it myself.
