He was very disrespectful toward two of his coworkers, who were young women. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness as a customer. I had also placed an order online, but when I arrived, my order had not been prepared. Instead, I was given a different order that was already sitting in the pickup section. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially because of the way the female employees were being treated and the issue with my order.

One of the things I appreciate most is how fast the service is. Even when I’m stopping in and need to get going quickly, I can count on my order being prepared without a long wait. And whenever I order a hot coffee, it actually comes out HOT, which sounds simple but makes a huge difference. The coffee has been consistently fresh, hot, and exactly what I’m looking for. But what really makes this location special is the people working here. The staff are a huge part of why I continue coming back. Having friendly, welcoming people behind the counter turns something as simple as grabbing a coffee into a genuinely positive part of the day. When you visit somewhere regularly, that consistency in both the service and how you’re treated really matters. There are plenty of places to get coffee, but when you find a location that is fast, consistent, serves your coffee exactly how you want it, and has great people working there, there really isn’t a reason to go anywhere else. This has become my go-to coffee spot, and I’ll definitely continue coming back. Great coffee, incredibly fast service, and most importantly, an amazing team behind it all. Easy 5 stars.
