  was really disappointed with my most recent visit and was extremely put off by the crew member not understanding basic allergy issues. crew might need to brush up on food handling and safety :/ its hard eating out already with such an allergy and its even worse when im getting treated negatively by crew members when asked for basic accommodations. for people with celiac disease- come prepared to be looked at like a crazy person when asking for a glove change

  I really like chipotle but it’s this Particular one I go to because it’s by my job and very convenient. during the daytime when I go, the person that makes the food is always the same one and she keeps a frown on her face and very sarcastic. The cashier is always nice and friendly. But the lady that I’m talking about, is always rude and just wrap my food up in the paper wrap so when I Get back to work everything falls in the The paper and she does it every time! today I had to ask her if she could please put my tacos in a container. I sent my coworker and my coworker had NO ISSUES! She ordered the same exact thing. The Lady made her food with no problem and even put it in a container without having to ask. I just feels like it depends on who you are to get good service. I absolutely hate. I have to start driving all the way to Lafayette.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this location. The staff member who prepared my food was extremely rude she actually yelled at me and made me feel very uncomfortable. On top of that, the food quality was terrible everything was tasteless, cold, and just not fresh. I would not recommend this place.

  Long time Chipotle fan, but this store gets it wrong more often than right the past few years. We come here frequently since it’s close, but prefer to drive further to other locations. Mobile orders are missing items about 1/4 of the time, and typically not started until asked for. Chips are usually stale. And they have several times recently been out of food items like rice and black beans with no offers to wait for fresh. It’s annoying that all cancelations or refunds have to go thru their phone/online center, although the online refund process is amazingly easy.

  Worst chipotle so far! Portions are always small in sf they will give u two spoons of rice but here its always one. Not gonna mention that during my first visit Ben’s were uncooked and hard. Every time I’m getting chipotle at Thai specific place I’m always burping ride after.
