- RSR S2 days ago1.0I have heard so much about Chick-fil-A that I ordered for the first time. The sandwich was cold, dry and mainly crusty. May try next time from another location to compare, it’s sad to see that things are getting so expensive and quality is not good.

First, items like receipts or straws should not be placed directly on top of food (for example, on French fries). These should either be handed to the customer separately or the customer should be asked if they would like a receipt. Second, I’ve observed that drink lids are sometimes handled from the underside, which can come into contact with the beverage. This presents a hygiene concern and should be avoided. Lastly, with soft-serve ice cream, cones should be handled more carefully. Since the wrapper does not fully cover the cone, gloves should be used when handling them. If gloves are not available, a clean napkin (untouched on the interior side) should be used instead. Customers rely on basic hygiene practices to feel confident in the food they’re purchasing. While these may seem like small details, they make a significant difference in maintaining trust and reducing the risk of food-borne illness. I’m sharing these observations in the hope that they can help improve overall service and safety. While the food quality is generally consistent, attention to these hygiene practices is essential to maintaining customer trust and repeat business.
