  This is the 3rd time now, third. that we place a order on the App, then 10 minutes after its supposed to be done, we're outside pressing the Red Button & no one is responding. After the 4th time no one responds I literally had to walk inside & tell them we have been waiting 15+ minutes for ONE drink. They said someone would be right out. Another 10 minutes later, nothing. We had to go to the drive though, and the drink was STILL not made.. Would NOT recommend this place with this kind of service.

  Pulled in starving for cheese tots. Had not had lunch so I was excited. Unfortunately I had 2 bites and threw them away. Not only does the pic pretty much explain itself but let’s just add that the tots were cold and very left over. Good to know the cheese I’ve getting all these years is ripped apart cheap sliced cheese! You guys should be ASHAMED! Never going back to this location not to mention the workers don’t seem thrilled to be there either. That much for THIS is CRAZY!!!

  Ordered the all-American bacon smashburger and cheesy tots. The cheesy tots were just ok; I'll order regular tots next time. The smashburger was soooo good! All the ingredients, including the bun, were fresh and you could taste all the ingredients separately, especially the bacon and onion. The burger was cooked extremely well. I can't believe I haven't tried this burger sooner. I will certainly be back!

  The last 3-4 visits I came within the last two months, the employees have been quite rude right off the bat its like they hate working, which is completely understandable, but it leads to giving wrong or missing items. First and second time was whatever but now its apparent they simply dont care. Management needs to make changes to improve their staffs morale

  This place was ok the good was not bad and the service was fast but we walked there and there was a lot of homeless people in the area. We had my grandbabies and it was a little sketchy. I would say if your gonna go here maybe take your car just in case.
