The fact that you wouldn't provide a small cup of water to a family over such a minor request is absolutely absurd. Customer service is about showing kindness and common sense, and this experience reflected neither. The attitude we received was dismissive, rude, and completely unnecessary. A company of this size should be setting the standard for customer care, not making customers feel unwelcome over something as basic as a cup of water.(we bought a meal by the way) You should be ashamed of how this situation was handled. If this is how customers are treated, serious improvements need to be made.
