Today I ordered a classic tostada salad and they charge me for a double which has happened before and I said no salsa Fresca and it still had some on it. They also messed up 2 out of my 3 drinks. I also said like 4 times 2 ranch please for the salad. I also asked again at the window is there 2 ranch they said yes and when I looked in the bag there was no ranch

He was friendly, and made the whole place feel welcoming. it was clean and everyone was polite, worked fast, and had a good attitude. The food was honestly really good quality. The chicken tasted fresh off the grill. The sides were fresh and everything tasted like it was actually prepared with care. You can tell this location takes pride in both the food and customer service. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at El Pollo Loco thanks to Raul and the team!!!
