She was so nice and guided me on the different drinks. I loved what she recommended and I will definitely be coming back to try some of the other options she mentioned. - AKA Silver KayMay 20, 20262.0I usually go to the one on Oceanside Blvd, but this one is now on my way to work. So I've been stopping here the last three days. The first day, they made my drink wrong. Second day, they made it right, but I noticed that they are not very friendly to me here. I see them being super friendly to their "regulars" but they barely have a smile for me, even though I walk up smiling with a friendly greeting. Today (Wednesday) I had my app ready to go, but she took payment without scanning my app. No problem. At the other location, they just fix it. Not here. She said sorry, I forgot. And no, it's too late to apply the points now. And no, I don't know how to help you apply the points from your receipt. Then when I got my drink, it was barely warm. I ordered a hot mocha. This was like warm-ish mocha foam. She then proceeded to help the girl behind me, offering her the choice of 5 stickers for the Wednesday drop, but I was offered zero. Eventually I got another girl to apply my points, but the friendliness, service, and quality of drinks is quite poor here compared to Oceanside Blvd. I will go back there. Not coming here again. If you have a choice, choose Oceanside Blvd location.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
