The portions were unacceptably small, my bowl wasn’t even half full and I had to repeatedly ask for extra rice, beans, cheese, and toppings just to receive what should be considered a standard serving. It was uncomfortable having to advocate for basic portions, especially when the staff acted as if they were personally responsible for limiting the food rather than providing reasonable customer service. What made it worse was hearing multiple customers behind me express the same frustration, confirming this wasn’t an isolated issue. For the price being charged, this level of service and portioning is completely unacceptable. I left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated, and I will not be returning to this location. The picture below is after I asked for extra everything so I got charged extra and my bowl wasn’t even full so after you asked for extra, that is what you would get below cause I had to ask for a repeated amount of times for more.
