I placed a grocery delivery order on 12/22 for a dinner party on 12/24. The delivery arrived without the main item—the standing rib roast. As a result, I had to place a second order the following day just for that missing item. I requested a refund for the missing item ($89.97) on 12/24/2025. I was initially told to wait one week. When I followed up, I was informed that the refund had been approved and was “pending store approval,” and I was asked to check back again the following week. As of today, 1/16/2026, the refund is still pending—nearly three weeks later. I have been using your delivery service regularly over the past few months, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. A missing main item and a three-week delay on a confirmed refund is unacceptable, and it has caused me to lose confidence in continuing to use this service. ATROCIOUS!
