  I had rewards for free items. I went to pick them up and the manager accused me of stealing receipts and stealing what kind of world do we live in if I’m using the mobile app to pay and get points and why do I get accused of stealing this happened today around lunchtime. The manager proceeded to follow me outside and continue to harass me.

  Mexican lady shoved the food in my face as she gave it to me. I told her it was rude. She wanted to argue. These people think they are doing me a favor with their overpriced fast food. Last time they will ever see a cent from me. Horrible customer service. If you hate your life, then quit. But you have a duty to have customer service and represent the company well and to serve the best. I hope this chain goes out of business
