My family and I went to this subway to try it out one more time. But we got nothing but bad service by Geene she basically ignored us. When we finally got our sandwiches there was hair in my brothers kids sandwich.. We will not be cining back.

I’ve been a customer goin into this subway for years and just recently I’ve experienced the service is not welcoming and food has been messy, I won’t be going back anymore!

I came in yesterday and waited over 20 mins for someone to help me. Finally when someone came I got told with an attitude what did I want I then looked at her name tag and she tried to hide it but I saw that her name was Geen. I asked her if she was going to changed her gloves from coming from the back and she ignored me. As she finished my order she just tossed our sandwiches towards us my child asked for a cookie at the last minute and she snapped at us I told him no there's flys in the casing. We got our food and not to our surprise we found a hair strand in my son's sandwich, Ms. Geens hair wasn't pulled back or covered I have worked in the food industry for over 10 years and this was by far the worse I've had to endure.

I visited Subway on 4/25/26 at 10:15am, and it was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The employee, Geen, was extremely rude from the start. She was on her phone, rolled her eyes multiple times, and acted like I was bothering her just by placing an order. I asked for a simple egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, and she threw it together carelessly. It was sloppy and clearly rushed with no attention to quality.
When I had a small issue with the card reader, instead of helping, she huffed, puffed, and sucked her teeth while I was trying to figure out why it wasn't working, even after I apologized. At that point, she should have been the one apologizing for the inconvenience, not making the situation more uncomfortable.
On top of that, her work area was messy, with vegetables scattered all over, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence in cleanliness.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. If she doesn’t want to be there, she shouldn’t be working in customer service. This was completely unacceptable.

I placed a mobile order and waited for my sandwich inside but noticed an employee, she said her name was Janice, did a cash transaction and didn’t change her gloves before making the next sandwich. I asked if she could change her gloves before making the next sandwich, which was my mobile order, and she rudely said “This is not your sandwich.” My sandwich or not, it shouldn’t matter. My daughter informed her that that was in fact our mobile order and instead of apologizing, Janice complained to my daughter how hard it is to handle a line alone and how she should try working the line, not knowing that my daughter worked at Subway for 3 years and knows that even with a rush, it takes no more than 5 seconds to change a pair of gloves.
