- JBJohn BMay 8, 20231.0Geez louise! I ordered online as I don't have a lot of time for lunch. When I arrived, my sandwich wasn't ready. Fine, no problem. I waited and waited. My sandwich was not placed on the online ordering shelf, and I needed to go. I asked about my order and was told it was behind the counter. I asked if online orders, through their app, were put on the "On-line Order" shelf. I was told no... which is bullcrap. Every other Subway I order online places my order on the shelf, I come in, pick up my order and leave. This was very disappointing.
