  Sandwich was mainly bread and lettuce. The stuffers was half full leaving it half empty

  I have used their drive-thru pickup and that really works well in my opinion if you sign in to use this service then you just call place your order and it's all done for you. An email will tell you exactly what time to drive through for pickup, just give your name and it'll all be in a little bag ready to go I have used this service several times and will use it again. Two thumbs up.

  So i was running late one morning and i placed an order online and when i went to the drive thru, I totally forgot i paid for it online and accidentally paid for the order behind me , the lady at the window said my money would be refunded to me which was 13$, i was fine with that and went on my way , a few days go by and I noticed i never received a refund for that order , so i called this panera and was referred to the manager Juan, he was polite and formal but unfortunately couldnt find the order i accidentally placed, i had a receipt of my order with the date and order number to help him out but he still somehow couldn’t find it , he finally offered to refund the order i had purchased which was 15$ , i said thats fine with me so long as i dont end up paying for someone else meal , he said he’d do it but its been about almost a month now and i still havent gotten mu refund , im not gonna make a fuss over 13$ but i absolutely did not appreciate being lied to about my refund , cmon juan
