When she finally came out, I asked for a gift card & she didn’t know how to do it & asked the 2 coworkers next to her & they had no clue either. They told her to ask what I assume is the manager in grey shirt & then the manager says “we do gift cards?” You gotta be kidding me lol… I had to walk out. Please train your employees

Sat and waited over 20 minutes because they only had one front cashier working.. 2 people in front of us before a huge crowd came in behind us.. the worker, very angry (and understandably overworked) frustrated said she was only going to take orders from the kiosks.. then of course everyone behind us pushed their way to all the kiosks. Decided to get back in the drive thru, only to sit and wait nearly 30 minutes before we could even order!! Thanks Newsome
