  I have come in a few times and every time I have to wait for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me . Then I have to wait again for someone to take my order. I do not like using the kiosk. Even if I did it doesn't make it faster. I still have to wait. I have watched them finish orders and leave by the prep area then maybe 5-10 minutes later they will call you and by then the food is cold or just warm. I believe I have never received my food hot unless I went through the drive thru.

  Burgers always looked smashed. Nuggets taste like they were reheated. When picking up an online order when it was placed at 11:05 and it’s already 11:28 standing at the counter employees walking pass you seeing you stand there, I understand it gets busy but when your standing there for a few minutes it be nice to be asked what’s your order number and turn back and say it will be right up. But that’s what you get when they take away all the registers and have one and they others for customer to order for themselves you take away the interaction with customers.

  Shouldn't have to pull out front for a basic meal nothing special. Made me wait out front for a quarter ounder meal. There is a line of cars waiting out front instead of the drive thru.

  Monday 6:20am 03/30/2026 Macdonald manager Hether wouldn't give me a water because Hether the manager says water are only for customers im upset and thirsty i hate Hather.

  This store is by far the worst business I have ever stepped into in my entire life, I am convinced they are trained to ignore you. I do food delivery on the side so I have to come in often and they are consistently bad, this morning (nothing different) I go i. To pick up an order, stand around for 10 minutes, not one person says a word to anyone in the lobby, yet they will walk by you, just ignore you. So try drive through with the hope someone will talk to me in the speaker, only to be told they can not give me the food in the drive through I have to come in, I guess to be ignored more, and this same scenario happens multiple time a week.
