    I got an açai bowl and it was mor granola than açai..And to pay cash You had to Wait A long time for them, even to take your order. I tried to call them, but the number does not work

    Terrible customer service. I ordered oatmeal and 3 other items on 5/4/26 right before 5pm on DoorDash. Not once did the store try to call me that they don't have oatmeal right now. Dasher told me they're out. I said what will they allow me to get instead (since they have several items at the same or lesser value - plus DoorDash gives restaurants the option to swap out lower value items for higher value items). Dasher said she said there is no replacement. I said to refund, and they couldn't even do that either. No direct communication or apology from the store. That's scrappy. I work at a restaurant, and we would never be so lazy and lousy to customers! We always make things right. You've lost a customer.

    I waited 40minutes for someone to take my order! It was hot there’s a lot of people, I let the staff(2 ppl) catch up on orders no biggie, even a customer said hey it will be about 15min before they can help you ok fine I’m in no rush. My one year old and I were hit from walking outside so 15min gives us a chance to cool off. I waited so long my feet fell asleep. I get helped and the Team lead just says “oh sorry it’s the companies fault we don’t have help” umm hello 40minutes is ridiculous then not even offer me anything like maybe just a bigger drink or a pretzel idk anything. Ugh the customer service was awful! They couldn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting the whole time! Frustrating! Make a few drinks take an order make a few drinks take an order! I wasnt the only one who wanted someone to help them. I watched others just walk out because they didn’t want to use the self serve.
