  The parking lot isn’t the best, and it’s right off Mooney. But they had good music playing when I was waiting for my order (a fruit smoothie with a lot of add-ins), and watched a family of kids playing with the bean bag toss while they waited. I liked that they didn’t do the fake Dutch Bros “got any plans” sort of interaction - it was right to the point when he called my order.

  My girlfriend and I came in this morning for a pick up order and the guy behind the counter completely ignored us. He was working and we figured he was just really busy but we were waiting on him to help us out. 20 minutes passed and he didn't even acknowledge us or speak to us. The Jamba app said our order was already done but he didn't even ask if we were here for anything. And when we mentioned that he said it was because we were just standing there. It's his job to provide customer service. Someone came in an placed in order on the kiosk after us and there order came out right away. As we were walking out someone else came in and he asked the customer is he here to pick up and order so clearly he chose not to provide us any customer service but acknowledge other people coming in. That was very rude and he provided terrible service. He knew he had some pick up orders already done but didn't even ask if that was what we were here for. I don't go into a food service establishment expecting to just be ignored. I think you guys need to train your employees better on customer service because this was a rude and ridiculous experience. This definitely makes me not want to ever return and deal with employees who show that little effort to help out their customers. Such a terrible employee

  Danny is so amazing & kind. I had trouble with my buy one get one card & she help me get it all set up on my app. She greets everyone who comes in with a beautiful smile & she's extremely knowledgeable. She should run the place if she doesn't already. Thank you Danny

  Every time I order through the app, which is quite often, and the manager, Belem, is working, my order is not what I ordered. I have gotten into arguments with this manager several times now, and whether it’s because I didn’t get split cups (because add on make more product that won’t all fit in the regular cup, or I add protein to a smoothie bowl, which is an option on the app, she will immediately go to arguing about why she doesn’t give you what you pay for. This last time, I added protein to 2 bowls, and paid for it, and when we went to pick them up, she told us that the bowls are premade, and they can’t do add ons. Then she said they did add it, but when we asked the employee who made the bowls, because we watched him make them, if he added protein, he said no he didn’t add protein…and the manager still argued. I spend a lot of money with your company, only to get an attitude and an argument from the manager nearly every time. This has only been since we have seen her at this location as the manager. Never had an issue with any of the other employees.
