    They have the best chicken tostadas, and the special dressing was my favorite. The drive-thru was clean, there is plenty of parking, and I liked the large rocks used in the landscaping. The employees were really nice and offered every available add-on. Plus, there was no wait time!

    Yesterday(7/31/26), My sister order 2 chicken tostadas late night past 9pm. After 40 mins, I noticed some redness around my eyes and I started to itch around that area. My sister also had redness in her cheeks and forehead and as well complained of being itchy. THE FOOD WAS NOT HANDLE CORRECTLY OR THE FOOD WAS SPOILED YESTERDAY! Because we had ordered in that location before and didn't had any food reaction! When we got home, my eyelids were both swollen plus one underneath one of the eyes! My sister had raised welts on both of her cheeks and forehead! We took some medicine and after an 1hr we got relief from these symptoms. This Pollo loco location NEEDS TO LOOK CLOSELY HOW THEY ARE HANDLING THEIR BUSINESS (FOOD)!

    Doors closed at 9:30 when employee saw us walking up when we wanted to order to go. At the drive thru the said they were to sold out of chicken and could the miniature meals only. Corporate needs to check their employees. Unprofessional
