While some things have changed over the last few decades, El Pollo Loco's delivery of fresh, authentic food has not. Everything starts with whole chickens that are slowly marinated in a special recipe of herbs, spices, fruit juices and garlic. The chicken is then expertly fire-grilled to perfection the authentic way - on our signature open-flame grills - then hand cut into your favorite Mexican entrees. We put that same dedication and care into our handmade guacamole, salsas and dressings every day. At El Pollo Loco in Visalia, CA, we believe that when real food meets real fire the result is great taste that will keep you coming back again and again.

- SCSimon CookieSep 10, 20261.0Decided to try El Pollo Loco for the first time in a while and I remember why I don’t really go here too much. I did an online order and that part was pretty easy but when I got there the workers looked lost and it took way longer to get my food than what the time said it would take so I was waiting for longer than I should’ve. I got my food finally and went home only to realize that they gave me the wrong order. I had to drive all the way back over there, wait a while again, and then get a half apology for the mix up and they didn’t even try to remake my tacos so when I finally got home for the second time it was cold. Plus I paid almost $5 for a regular side of guac and when I was given this small cup the worker assured me this was the regular and not a small what a rip off
- COChris OchoaSep 6, 20261.0Worst drive through service. They are completely dead all the time. It's crazy how you ask specifically for a certain salsas and they give you ones that you didn't ask for. I'm done coming here.
- VGVanessa GuillenAug 28, 20261.0Normally I really like this location. But there's some newer people working inside that do not need to be in the kitchen goofing off around people's food. Yesterday they forgot my chips and the queso was dried out and tasted weird and then today they just didnt give me my queso. The night team is usually great, dont know what's going on with your morning team.
