    I honestly love dutch bros but I think this would be the location to visit the least. The customer service is okay. Nothing special, and I come to dutch for the vine and the awesome customer service that other locations give. This location is also extremely slow. As a barista of 7 years and working in drive thru, I don't understand what the issue is, but they are sooooo slow! This location really needs some help and maybe retraining workers what it means to be a broista and No customer should be waiting in line for over 20 mins for a single americano. Please fix the issues because This location is closest to me😔

    Such hard working kids, being out taking orders in this heat is now jokes props to you guys. Also seeing them working hard while and making sure all of their customers are satisfied. It was a bit of wait but understandably so after knowing they were a bit short staffed and also their system wasn’t working. Would come here again definitely good environment

    Worst Dutch in visa, skip this one! The wait is awful, it’s triple what a regular line of cars wait time is for the other dutches in Visalia. We wait 15+ mins in line and no one took our drink order, the person outside disappeared, and then was handing already made drinks to other cars in line while the car at the window was barely moving. Do not go to this one.

    Avoid this location if you’re able to; the drive-thru lane is extremely slow, and you’ll end up waiting longer than the other locations.

    Wait times at this location are horrendous. By the time I got my blended freeze it was melted and this happened twice already. Also expect to wait 30 minutes in drive through…
