  I genuinely have the same horrible experience every single time I come here because of the same employee. At this point, I almost admire the consistency. It takes real talent to make every visit equally shitty. Somehow the simplest tasks become complicated, and basic customer service seems completely optional. If the goal is to make customers question why they came in at all, she’s absolutely excelling at it.

  Had them make me a burrito and just walked out without it because of how the burrito was made . Guy skimped out on every topping and then rolled it into a freaking ball practically smh won’t be coming back to this location

  Genuinely the worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. The portions are incredibly small. So small, I felt so disappointed and scammed that I took my food back and asked for more meat. I was heavily debating on canceling my order after seeing the meat scoop. Never returning here again, also the manager is an awful person. I can feel her worker's energy and they all seemed to be miserable around her. She watches their scoops to make sure they give smaller amounts than 4 Oz. Buyer beware, you are not getting your moneys worth. Never coming back

  I genuinely don’t be posting reviews. In fact, I have had genuinely no problem with this chipotle. Portions have always been decent. Workers have always been cool. But this location has one god-awful employee named Dallasandrea, who has absolutely no business having a job that’s customer facing, or really any job at all for that matter tbh. The rudest, most ignorant, most prime example of what it looks like to hate your job. I asked her if I could please get a coke from the fridge 2 feet behind her as those ones are a little colder than the ones upfront to which she said “it’s the same damn thing sir”, just to grab the coke anyways and slam it on the counter? I told her I’d pay using Apple Pay so as soon it prompted, without saying a word, she slammed her hand on the payment machine as if to signify me to pay? Girl, if you hate chipotle that much, just quit? Management team, this your guys’ mistake???? There’s no way yall could be that desperate for employees you gotta keep around some miserable person like that?
