I went in to get some ice cream and the girl that is there most Wednesday nights was once again VERY rude and short. She told me about a bunch of ice creams I couldn’t get because they were too frozen. My wife saw a worker scooping up the frozen ice cream for someone else, and told me that he was digging up the ice cream. I asked her and she said, “Have him do it then.” Adam, (Which I would give 5 Stars Plus), came over and said he would scoop the scoops for me, and did. The female worker clearly does not like your job and Baskin-Robbins definitely needs to do some upgrades.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
