- MMMeAug 31, 20261.0I'm disappointed with the service at this store. I shop here occasionally for Instacart, but often deal with long waits and unhelpful staff. Yesterday, I waited for an employee to unlock an item. An older lady with a name tag starting with “Kat”, that could be her name or it could be be short for Katie or Kathy, came to the locked-up laundry aisle. Her tone felt rude right away. She asked, “What do you want?” So I tell her the item and I reach down to get it. Then she said, "What is this for, DoorDash? I need to take it up front." I told her, "No, I'm shopping for Instacart, go ahead." Then she said, "No, you take it. I thought you were stealing for someone." Maybe it was a joke, but it did not feel like one. I don't know her, and being made to feel like a criminal was uncomfortable and disrespectful. After that, I finished my shopping and had to wait a long time to check out, with only two cashiers working. I'm sharing this because the experience wasn't okay. Management should do better to make the store friendlier and more respectful for shoppers and customers.
