Maribel at check out needs more training. 1 she charged me for purple unions instead of potatoes when I told her she responded with oh potatoes where cheaper u shouldn't have said anything ....then I was expression how irritating it is to have to clip on every coupon to an app instead of just applying promotional price and she was agreeing with me first being nice about it saying "yes I agree " she then got super upset when my daughter told her she didn't ask for donation so do we get a free soda ? She snapped and said with an attitude " just get it " she got so upset she closed her lane to take her break and as she was was walking away she turned back to scream with an attitude take ur dam soda and thanks for calling us pathetic ! Not once I was being rude to her or said any of the employees where pathetic when she realized I asked for a manager she then went to her manager before I got to him and she lied about what I had supposedly said ! To make her self not look like the bad person . When I told Hector the store manager he seemed like it was not a big deal on what she said responded oh okay she was just giving me her version I'll talk to her but I felt he brushed me off . Not the first time the employees there are rude I just didn't have the energy to deal with them ....but this time Maribel crossed the line by yelling at me and laying about something I never said !

It's truly unfortunate this store is so close too. Terrible service. I was debating about reviewing since I was told someone from corporate would call me to discuss what happened further. The food/deli people need training. Very unprofessional staff. They curse in front of customers. I had an incident with Jocelyn. She has no customer service skills. Hire better people overall to serve food! It's what will bring more poeple in. I have shopped at Superior for many at least 2 decades. This is the worst deli I've seen this far. Requesting your corporate office to call me. The corporate office line only rings no answer. It sounds like the manager at this store quit recently.

The hot food is questionable. A couple times that I've been there l've seen flies on the food, and twice I've been advised from the staff not to get the carne asada because it isn't good. One time I saw someone handle the raw meat with their bare hands. I think the people cooking and handling the food needs proper training or needs to be closely supervised. My son is sick this morning from eating a burrito from there. I won't be buying meat or hot food there again. Please fix this problem. It's conveniently close to my home and that's the only issue I have with this grocery store.

I went into Superior for the first time, the cashier named Janet helped me to use the Superior app, she was very helpful, patient, and friendly. We need more cashiers like her. I am 66 years old and now I need help with the apps, and patients from people. Thank you so much Janet ❤️😀 outstanding work. I hope Superior Grocers lets you know how thankful I am for your patients and help.
