  I placed an order for pick up online. I came to the store and literally stood there for 1/2 hour, they were very busy but wouldn’t even acknowledge me. I left, did an errand, came back about 20 mins later and my order still wasn’t there. I had made a mistake and ordered to the wrong store. That’s on me, what’s not on me is the first 1/2 hour I stood there, no one could talk to me, no one would even look at me. When I came back I was frustrated at this point I forced them to acknowledge me, and the tiny, lil Asian lady had an attitude, she wanted to argue then she said I was screaming at her! No, I had raised my voice some out of pure frustration but then I did scream at her so she’d know the difference. I understand they were very busy but I waited too long to be ignored, then to have her want to argue and blame me, but it simply could have been avoided 100% in the first few mins. All they had to do was look up the order and I would have been on my way. Close to an hour of my life is gone! That upsets me a great deal! I them went to pick up my order at the Duni location, was treated very politely, and I explained it to the nice gentleman there. He did apologize even though it was the rude lady at the other store. I’ll go to the Duni location from now on.

  I got 2 foot longs here yesterday. AND THEY WERE DISGUSTING NOT ONLY THAT THEY put something on my food that I was allergic to which caused me to have an allergic reaction the food was sloppy the bread wasn’t even toasted i specifically asked for the food to be toasted EVERYTHING LOOKED LIKE SLOP THEN AFTER I ATE THE FOOD I HAD A TERRIBLE STOMACH MY MOTHER EXPERIENCED A BAD STOMACH ACHE NOT ONLY THAT when you first walk in they weren’t friendly at all they were rude they don’t even say hello I HOPE THIS PLACE SHUT DOWNS I WAISTED MY MONEY FOR NOTHING I WANT MY MONEY BACK

  STOP AND DONT GO HERE I WAITED IN LINE 1 hour to get my sandwiches. There is no structure or time management here. Online ordering is a priority. Even though I was there before the 3 online orders that came after they were taken first! Awful place needs to be shut down
