  Tuesday july 28th at around 11pm me and my family came to sonic in hopes for better service than we had previously at this location. tonight we placed an order that included mozzarella sticks, we asked for marinara sauce a in which we did not receive. The other night, we had also ordered mozzarella sticks and without specifically asking for marinara sauce, we received it, which we assumed it would automatically come with the mozzarella sticks. Also ,when we asked for ranch the previous night, the worker handed us one ranch for about a $50 order… So tonight, when we ordered again which included mozzarella sticks, we did not receive marinara and were told u have to specifically request. we called to speak to the manager to make her aware of our situation. she said “ oh that would be our bad, have a good night and ended our phone call… wow great customer service sonic #neveragain #bringbackminimumwagefastfood

  What is wrong with these people!!! I ordered a jr double cheeseburger and tots. Now, I know dang well that burger comes with American cheese! I don’t know what kinda cheese they used. The burger patties were burnt. Trashed it! I didn’t want to eat it anyway because the employee came outside and rambled through her vehicle, rubbing her eyes and yawning. I know she didn’t wash her hands. Too many germs for me!

  I've always had an addiction to the cherry limeade from Sonic. To this day nothing will be able to stop me from pulling in and ordering a Route 44 cherry limeade with extra real cherries(not the syrup!) For the road and 2 large orders if their cheese sticks with buffalo sauce. Chefs kiss!
