  8:30 in the morning pulled up pre-ordered was going to do the drive-thru. The line was out into the street single line only then I pulled up for the deliver to car. All were filled up. I had to go in. Try to explain to him what I needed because of there was no parking that couldn't get through. Pretty good about getting it to me, but it was very flavorless 😝

  Not sure why it says they’re 24 hours because they’re not. Pulled in a couple minutes before they close not realizing they closed because again, online everywhere it says 24 hours, but rather than just courteous and letting us know, “hey we’re closed” or “hey we’re closing in a couple minutes” just absolutely ignored us.

  Cashier had No knowledge or was not properly trained by her manager i asked 2 or three simple questions about the happy meal toys and she had to asked someone in the kitchen every time poor thing.

  Came here for a late night bite around 11:30pm because this one is open 24 hours as advertised on google and Apple Maps. I get here and wait in the drive through and nothing waited for a bit and nothing. I could see the workers there and they just ignored us. Another car went in the drive thru as well and they didn’t attend him either and the car left. Honestly why advertise being open 24 if it’s not true

  The most horrible experience happened to me today at this specific location. I went to buy 4 Mcmuffins 2 for my son and 2 for me. When I got to work I gave one to my employee and as I was about to eat the one I kept I noticed something wrong as my wrapping on my Mcmuffin was semi wrapped . So unwrapped my Mcmuffin and noticed a huge bite on my Mcmuffin which was very disgusting to see that I was about to eat something that someone else had already chewed. I quickly drove to the location in which Claudia the manager was very professional about it and took care of the situation the best way she could,but nonetheless it was very unprofessional of these employees to allow something like this to happen. I don't understand if someone had returned the Mcmuffin and the employees left it there for someone else or an employee was eating and might have left it there on accident I don't know but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and was very disappointed.
