  I ordered and asked for my order to be rounded up. Got to the window and they gave me a total without the roundup. She told me oh I don't have the button to do that. I said oh really. All stores have the button. Then she asked me to pull forward for our food. I pulled to the #2 window and waited 10min. 4 other cars got their food and left. Looked at my receipt and saw my sandwich was wrong. When they finally came I told them and they went back. Came back and was like it will be 2 more mins, is that OK. Well if I want my food I guess it will have to be. Got our food and a complimentary apple pie. Did it really take that long? Was it because I called her out of the roundup button? Does she not know how? If so you need training.

  So went to the drive thru. And first of all this girl didnt even allow me to speak or even allow me to think of what to order. She was in such a rush. And second, i ordered a dirty dr pepper, and AS SHE HANDED IT TO ME, the moment it was in my hand, it was completely overflowing, and the foam went all over my pants and cup holder. It made a whole mess and she didnt even give me a receipt. The dirty pepper cup was a huge greasy oily mess from the foam overflowing, and mind you it was six dollars. And to top it off, as i entered my house, with my dirty dr pepper in my left hand, it literally slipped from my hand because of how slippery it was from the foam overflowing… huge mess on the carpet. Six dollars down the damn drain. So i just wanna say that this establishment is a huge embarrassment. I wanted to complain when it overflowed IN my car, but theres always that risk of a worker spitting or tampering with my food, so i let it go. Like please if you dont want to be there, dont work.

  We order a spicy chicken sandwich and the machine can't make it large. Very silly

  Food is always hot and fresh, coffee delicious. I usually do curbside as it's typically faster than drive thru (if you can get a spot!) and am frequently brought my food by Tiffany who is an absolute delight. All staff I've encountered have all been very friendly. A stop here is always a pick me up when my day feels long. Thank you!
