  Due to my complaint not being followed up on within the time allotted by corporate's email to me (48 hours...which was 4 days ago), I am leaving a 1 star review for this specific location in Victorville. I'm rating everything a 1 because I was not served, so I can't give a higher rating. I would rate the service a 0 if I could. I arrived Saturday, June 20th at 8:45pm in the drive thru. I waited 3-4 minutes, spoke into the speaker box, even though the menu wasn't lit, and received no reply. I drove forward and around to the front of the store. There were no customers in the store. One employee peered out from behind the register as I drove by and watched me slowly drive by, so that told me they knew I drove up to the speaker, and made no effort to try and get me into the store. I get it. 15 minutes to closing. However, Jimmy John's is a quick service restaurant, not a sit down restaurant. I could have gone to Subway, Jersey Mike's or Fire House and each of them will serve you up to closing. I did end up going to Subway and the employee there actually felt bad for my experience at Jimmy John's, they gave me 20% off. I suggest to the management, if you have a 15, 20 or 30 minute cut off, then post it on the drive thru menu and the doors so customers don't waste their time. Your hours should also reflect that, because this restaurant was closed at 8:45, not 9:00.

  This used to be my family's go to place for a quick dinner - we could order online and recieve our meals quickly and accurately for delivery. Last time we ordered, our delivery took over an hour, went through a 3rd party service, 2 of 3 sandwiches were wrong, and all of our drinks were missing. I paid a delivery fee to save time while I worked and ended up needing to drive over anyways to fix the order, I just paid more and it took an hour and a half out of ny day. Won't be coming back here.

  Also I had no mayo on my sandwich and my half my husband's bread is missing. Im a very disappointed again.
